MOU with the cost will be signed between the organization and the person/organization responsible for providing shared/virtual CTO and CIO.
Depending on the degree of customer-facing technology required, this role can be best described as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer or both.
The Virtual CTO/CIO will be working closely with the companies he/she helps and will look to replace himself/herself with an in-house resource at the earliest practical opportunity, especially as the job becomes closer to full-time.
